Simon has amazed us this last year, and has grown into a clever, witty, and often even sweet little boy. Simon knows all his letters by sight, can count to 29 (and goes on to 20-10, 20-11....haha), and he is starting to attempt to write the letters in his name. He also knows his brothers' and sister's "number" and likes to push their buttons as often as possible...probably because he loves them so much!! His favorite thing to do right now is to build airplanes with his little legos, especially with his big brother Justin. He also really enjoys riding his bike and scooter outside. He LOVES his preschools and is truly thriving in both environments! (He goes M/W to short little speech-focused preschool --PPPIP--through the school district, and T/Th he goes to a "typical" private preschool called the Little School House, which has been AMAZING for Simon). We just love Simon's fun, upbeat, and very unique personality! And we are proud of the little person Simon has grown into, and the amazing progress he has made over the last year! Happy Birthday Simon! We love you SO much!
For Simon's birthday, we gave him his little presents on Sunday morning before church. He had a Toy Story Birthday, which was exactly what we knew would put a grin on his face! And he got "Despicable Me" his new favorite movie! (I just had to include all the pictures of Justin and Simon together, Justin was being so sweet, it was priceless to catch it on camera!) The next evening, we took Simon to Chuck-E-Cheese, which he actually requested a few months before his birthday! We had a lot of fun!!
