One of my most favorite things about Fall in Northern California is our annual trip (or two) up to Apple Hill. We all decided to take Mema up a few weekends ago, when she was here for a visit. We started at High Hill for the best Apple Donuts and Caramel Apples around! And they seriously are delicious! The kids really love to run around the pond there and pretend to fish. This year, Zach actually found a piece of fishing line with a hook attached and tied it to a stick. And he CAUGHT a FISH! HAHA! Pretty resourceful kid if you ask me! We attempted some quick family pictures, which didn't turn out well at all because of uncooperative kids combined with lots of high sun shadows. Then we went to a couple other places for a really cute train ride, and a horse/pony ride. And we ended up at Marks parents house for the afternoon, which was the highlight for Justin. He loves to go there and run around and ride quads. It turned out to be a really fun day!
